General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – DELIMET
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products via the delimet.com website, owned by DELIMET FOODS, S.L.U., with registered office at C/Font del Prat, 59, 08758 Cervelló (Barcelona), Spain, and email address comercial(@)delimet.com.
1. Scope of Application and Customer Profiles
Delimet offers its products to two distinct categories of buyers:
Retail Customers (B2C): Individuals who purchase products in household-sized packs for their own consumption.
Wholesale/Industrial Customers (B2B): Companies, self-employed individuals, workshops or laboratories that purchase raw materials in industrial formats (e.g. 20–25 kg sacks) for processing, professional use or resale.
2. Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed on the website for the general public include the applicable VAT in accordance with Spanish legislation.
For customers with an approved B2B business account, industrial rates will be shown itemised (taxable amount + applicable taxes) once they log in to their private dashboard.
Delimet reserves the right to amend prices at any time due to the volatility of the agricultural raw materials market, whilst always guaranteeing the price in force at the time of order confirmation.
3. Delivery and Logistics Terms
Domestic Deliveries (Mainland Spain): Delivery is free for all orders over €75. For orders below this amount, a fixed delivery charge will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
International Shipments (Europe): We ship throughout the European Union. Costs and transit times vary depending on the destination country and the volumetric weight of the order (particularly for industrial bulk formats).
Delivery times: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated 48 to 72 working hours of payment confirmation.

4. Secure Payment Methods
To ensure a 100% reliable shopping experience, Delimet offers its customers the following payment gateways with SSL data encryption:
Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Bank transfer (mandatory or recommended for large-volume industrial orders; the order will be processed once the amount has been credited to our account).
For repeat B2B customers with scheduled supply contracts, deferred payment terms may be agreed, subject to a prior credit assessment.
5. Returns and Cancellation Policy
For Retail Customers (B2C): In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right to cancel. As these are food products, for health and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for products that have been unsealed, opened or tampered with after delivery.
For Wholesale Customers (B2B): The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Any claims regarding stock shortages, damage during transport or discrepancies with the batch’s technical data sheet must be notified in writing to comercial(@)delimet.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of the goods, attaching photographs of the package and the affected batch number.
6. Quality Assurance and Technical Specifications
Delimet guarantees that all products supplied hold the relevant organic certification and comply with European Union food safety standards. The technical specifications, allergen analyses and microbiological certificates for industrial batches are available to B2B customers upon formal request.

📦 Shipping and DeliveryHow much does delivery cost, and when is it free?
Delivery is free for orders of €75 or more (for mainland Spain). For orders below this amount, the system will automatically calculate a fixed rate at the payment gateway based on the weight of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time to mainland Spain is 48 to 72 working hours from the time payment is confirmed.

Can I pay via Bizum on your website?
Of course! We’ve added Bizum as a fast and secure payment method. When you complete your order, simply enter your mobile number and confirm the transaction instantly via your bank’s app on your mobile.
What other payment options do you offer?
As well as Bizum, you can pay 100% securely by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) with SSL protection, or via bank transfer (highly recommended for industrial and high-volume orders).

Are the products officially certified?
Yes, all our natural foods, superfoods and raw materials are officially certified as organic. We guarantee the highest quality, sustainability and respect for the environment in every batch.
Can I request technical or analytical data sheets for the batches?
Absolutely. If you are an industrial client, bakery or laboratory (B2B), we are happy to provide you with microbiological certificates, allergen analyses and product technical data sheets. Simply request them via email at comercial(@)delimet.com.
Do you sell to both private individuals and large industries?
Yes, that’s our great advantage. We offer both wholesale and retail sales. You’ll find everything from handy 1 kg packs to industrial-sized packs and 20–25 kg sacks to meet the needs of any type of business or pantry.
🔄 Returns
What is your returns policy?
As these are food products, and for strict safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery. If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours via our contact email so that we can arrange a replacement immediately.
