Buy premium quality dried Camagroc (Cantharellus lutescens). Known as the ‘angula de monte’ (mountain elver), it adds a fruity aroma and unique texture to your rice dishes. 100% wild!

Rice and Risottos: This is the star mushroom for rice dishes; its yellowish colour and fruity aroma are unmistakable.
Omelettes and Scrambled Eggs: Known as ‘mountain eel’ for its elastic and fine texture that combines perfectly with eggs.
Poultry Stews: It goes wonderfully with chicken or duck, adding sweet notes reminiscent of apricot.

Tip: As it is a thin-fleshed mushroom, it rehydrates very quickly (10-15 minutes). You can use it directly in stews with broth without rehydrating it first.
