🚛 Delivery Management and Lead Times
Express Preparation: All orders are processed, packed and dispatched within an estimated 48 to 72 working hours following confirmation of your payment.
Trusted Carriers: For domestic deliveries, your parcel will be delivered securely by NACEX. For international orders to the rest of Europe, deliveries are handled via NACEX or DHL Express.
Secure Delivery: To ensure that the goods reach the correct recipient, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt of the order.

We take food safety and product integrity very seriously. That’s why all our orders are shipped properly protected in heavy-duty boxes and packaging. We pay special attention and provide extra padding for shipments containing fragile items (such as tins or bottles) or moisture-sensitive freeze-dried products, ensuring that your parcel arrives exactly as it left our premises.
